All About Rachelle


Rachelle Casillas is a Humanitarian and Positive Role Model for restoring women & girls -  helping improve positive self esteem,  and achieving their life goals.

She is the United States Ambassador for Community & Family Restoration with the FoRe! Program; a program that is exclusively for nominated women who wear their crowns in their State/Country.  Rachelle's mission is to partner with other community programs/resources that help families and individuals thrive.


She is highly involved in Community Outreach, Ministry & Volunteer work in Orange County CA.  Rachelle is the Founder of Project Family Love Outreach that helps bring resources to broken & less fortunate individuals and families in crisis.


Rachelle is an Entrepreneur Mom and owns Bella Style Online Boutique. With over 15+ years working as a Business Consultant and as a Talent Staffing Leader for numerous companies Rachelle is thankful to be a Mom Entrepreneur.


From personal client recommendations, she has been able to grow her very exclusive coaching sessions organically.   She has been a teacher on subjects such as: "How To Improve Your Personal Resume" to "Keys to Thrive and Not Just Survive."  Her expertise comes from completing a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, numerous leadership trainings, ministry school and being a Certified Life Coach.  Rachelle is passionate about helping all types of women achieve their God-given dreams and goals by equipping them with the right tools & resources. She loves having a fashion boutique that has feminine styles that help women accentuate their God-given beauty.


Rachelle is very passionate about writing and the creative arts.  She has been a writer/host for magazines and publications such as Shine On Hollywood Magazine and Manila UP Magazine.  Rachelle also enjoys modeling, acting, dancing and singing since the age of 4 years old.


Rachelle has two beautiful children with her incredible Husband Danny Casillas; He is a Specialist in the Mortgage Industry and is the Founder/Pastor of Ministries of Fire.  They both have been Orange County residents since the year 2012 and they plan to help the Orange County/Los Angeles Region in bringing amazing projects to help transform and restore lives.

Year-Round Emergency Shelters - The Courtyard Transitional Shelter and Bridges at Kraemer Place. 


The Cold-Weather Shelters - The winter program provides up to 400 beds per night at the National Guard armories in Fullerton and Santa Ana. A meal, warm shower and a safe place to sleep is provided.


Orange County Rescue Mission - If you are in need of help and would like to learn more about the Rescue Mission programs, please call 714-247-4379. Or, you can get information in person at Village of Hope, 1 Hope Drive in Tustin, 92782, Monday through Friday from  8:00am to 4:00pm. 


Salvation Army Hospitality House - Provides year-round emergency shelter for men. The Santa Ana Hospitality House has a capacity of 50 beds, and also provides clients with meals, an on-site case manager and job placement assistance. Beds are assigned based on availability, as well as designated length of stay. However, individuals who need more time to rebuilt their lives have the opportunity to extend their stay and participate in the transitional living programs.


SAFEPlace - Provides a low barrier shelter with supportive services and an opportunity for  women to enter into transitional housing also operated by WISE Place for Women.


The Link - A 24-hour emergency homeless shelter facility in the City of Santa Ana that is ADA Accessible and serves homeless men, women, families with minor-aged children, women, and adult couples. The building houses four dormitories, family rooms, full bathroom facilities and more, which will enable individuals from the City of Santa Ana experiencing homelessness to focus on transitioning into permanent housing and opportunities for employment.
