Rachelle is a Humanitarian on a mission to help bring restoration to families and be a voice of faith, hope & empowerment to women.  She hosts private life coaching sessions for women and hosts numerous faith-based community events.  She has a passion for supporting also creative arts, fashion, hosting, and writing.

She helps partner with other community programs/resources that help families and individuals thrive and not just survive.


Rachelle is the Founder of Project Family Love Outreach that helps bring resources to broken & less fortunate individuals and families in crisis.  She gives all the glory and honor to God for the work she is able to do.  As a Mom, she is for parent rights and traditional education in schools.  She was crowned Ms. US Ambassador for Community Family Restoration with the Women's Organization FoRe and is highly involved with Ministry/Church Events bringing faith & healing to families.

There, you will be linked to thousands of local health and human service programs in Orange County, CA. 


Orange County Rescue Mission - If you are in need of help and would like to learn more about the Rescue Mission programs, please call 714-247-4379. Or, you can get information in person at Village of Hope, 1 Hope Drive in Tustin, 92782, Monday through Friday from  8:00am to 4:00pm. 


Salvation Army Hospitality House - Provides year-round emergency shelter for men. The Santa Ana Hospitality House has a capacity of 50 beds, and also provides clients with meals, an on-site case manager and job placement assistance. Beds are assigned based on availability, as well as designated length of stay. However, individuals who need more time to rebuilt their lives have the opportunity to extend their stay and participate in the transitional living programs.


SAFEPlace - Provides a low barrier shelter with supportive services and an opportunity for  women to enter into transitional housing also operated by WISE Place for Women.
